Lawrence prides itself on having one of the best alumni donor participation rates (45.8 percent last year!) in the country.  It is an important measure, and one we strive to increase each year.  The alumni donor participation rate is extremely important to the college, especially within the Viking Decade.  Lawrence encourages young alumni to not just focus on the dollar amount of their gift, but their participation as a donor.  Last year, Lawrence received over $116,000 from alumni gifts of $50 or less! 

The alumni donor participation percentage is used to:

• Measure alumni satisfaction
• Enhance the value of your degree
• Qualify for corporate and/or foundation gifts
• Determine national college rankings
