Class agents are alumni volunteers who aid Lawrence in its fund-raising efforts.  They provide a voice to their respective classes and ask their classmates to support The Lawrence Fund by writing letters and making year-end phone calls.  Class agent letters are crucial in helping Lawrence maintain its high alumni donor participation rate.  Currently, Lawrence has 111 class agents for 93 Lawrence and Milwaukee-Downer classes.

2012 Class Agent Program Timeline
Please make note of the following deadlines and

Mar. 12 Class Agents Email/mail text and preferences for spring agent-written letter postmarked by Monday, March 12.
Early April Lawrence Sends printed letters to class agents to add personal greetings and notes.
April 16 Class Agents Return personalized letters to Lawrence, postmarked by Monday, April 16.
May 1 Lawrence Mails second class agent letter to all alumni.
June 25 Class Agents All end-of-year follow-up calls and emails to classmates should be finished by this date.
June 30 Lawrence Our fiscal year ends! All gifts must be in to Lawrence.
Mid-July Lawrence Mails thank you postcards to agents to sign and send out.
Aug. 13 Lawrence Emails/mails Fiscal Year 2011-12 Report, FY13 Timeline and requests text and preferences for fall letter.
Sept. 10 Class Agents Email/mail text for fall agent-written letter by Monday, September 10.
Early Oct. Lawrence Sends printed letters to class agents to add personal greetings and notes.
Oct. 15 Class Agents Return personalized letters to Lawrence by Monday, October 15.
Nov. 1 Lawrence Mails class agent letters to all alumni classes.
Nov. 14 Lawrence Mails thank you postcards to agents to sign and send out.
Dec. 31 Class Agents First contacts with three classmates should be finished by December 31.
