 Computer Science 05 Instructor - Staff An overview of computer science as a broadly based discipline. Emphasis on the development of skills in algorithmic thinking, implementation in a subset of the Java language. Brief coverage of selected advanced topics from computer science, applications in other disciplines, and impacts of computing on society. Not intended as preparation for Computer Science 20. Enrollment limit: 24 per section.
