APPLETON, WIS. - Lawrence University women's soccer player Betsy Moyer earned Midwest Conference Player of the Week honors after leading the Vikings to a pair of victories.

Moyer, a senior forward from Eau Claire, Wis., helped the Vikings to a 6-0 win over Monmouth College and a 7-1 victory over Illinois College this past weekend with four goals and four assists.

A former star at Eau Claire Memorial High School, Moyer scored three goals and added an assist against Monmouth. Moyer scored the second goal of the game in the 27th minute and then added consecutive goals in the 52nd and 72nd minutes to finish the scoring. She picked up an assist on Julana Veliz's goal that gave Lawrence a 1-0 lead.
