Lawrence's captain led the team with seven assists and tied for third on the team with seven points. Manning is a former standout at Monona Grove High School.
Lawrence University, along with Northland College, each had one player on the all-conference team. The University of Minnesota-Crookston, which was the regular season champ, led the way with six selections, while MSOE and Marian College each had three players selected.
Lawrence also collected the Team Sportsmanship award.
