Miller, a senior from Reston, Va., led the Vikings by running to second place at the Concordia (Wis.) University Invitational this past Saturday. She turned in a time of 20 minutes, 3 seconds, over the 5,000-meters, and it was her best effort of the young season.
Paced by Miller, a former All-Midwest Conference runner, the Vikings took third place in the 21-team meet.
Lawrence is back in action Saturday at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside Invitational.
