Fill out a registration form on-line, print and mail your registration, or call the Academy at 920-832-6632 to request a brochure.
When registering by mail, print form, and send with check for full amount of camp payable to Lawrence Academy of Music. Mail to Lawrence Academy of Music, 711 East Boldt Way, Appleton, WI 54911-5626. Balance due by June 15.
Refunds: Written cancellations received by June 15 will receive refund, minus $75 deposit. No refunds after June 15.
