Fill out a registration form on-line, print and mail your registration, or call the Academy at 920-832-6632 to request a brochure.
When registering by mail, print form, and send with check for full amount of camp or $75 non-refundable deposit payable to Lawrence Academy of Music. Mail to Lawrence Academy of Music, P.O. Box 599, Appleton WI 54912-0599. Balance due by June 15 (or May 15 to receive discount).
Refunds: Written cancellations received by June 15 will receive refund, minus $75 deposit. No refunds after June 15.
