Each year the Lawrence Academy of Music Girl Choir Program presents four concerts in the Lawrence Memorial Chapel featuring over 300 members in six choirs. Choir members, ages 8-18, are from throughout Northeastern Wisconsin, representing more than 50 schools. On December 10, the Academy Girl Choir Program will present their fall concert, With Heart and Voice. The spring concert, Where the Wild Things Are, will be held March 24.
In addition to the concerts featuring the full Girl Choir program, Cantabile will be traveling to New York City to participate in The National Choir Festival and will sing with the National Children's Choir in Carnegie Hall on Sunday, April 15.
Bel Canto will travel to St. Marys, Ontario, Canada in November to perform with the St. Marys Childrens Choir. They will also be performing at the North Central American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) Convention at the Overture Center in Madison, Wisconsin February 8-9.
