Auto Correct Tools-Auto-Correct.
Bold
  • Format-Font,  Font tab, from Font Style, Select Bold.

Bullets & Numbering
  • Format-Bullets & Numbering, Choose Bulleted, Numbered or Outline Numbering tab.

Center

Mail Merge with Existing Data Source

Task Action
1. Launch the Merge process From the menu bar, select Tools, Scroll to Data Merge Manager - Dialog box will appear.
2. Identify Document Type Click Create under Main Document from list. Choose Letters.
3. Open Data Source Under Get Data, choose Open Data Source. Choose File. Click Open.
4. Set up Main Document Place the cursor in the document where merge data should appear. Under Merge Field, Drag and Drop fields into the Main Document.
Merge Document Under Merge, select the Merge to New Document icon.

Single-click Select a line
-click Selects a sentence
Double-click Selects a word
Triple-click Selects a paragraph
