The interdisciplinary area in Biomedical ethics is designed to coordinate a student’s background and interests in biomedical ethics, health care public policy, and the biological sciences with a variety of more specialized approaches to the study and application of relevant principles, insights, and understandings gleaned from those backgrounds and interests. This interdisciplinary area has been designed to appeal to Lawrence students planning further work in medicine, nursing, public health, and other areas of study in or related to health care.
