Ticket Ordering

Tickets can be ordered in person at the Lawrence University Box Office. Tickets can be purchased by phone with a credit card at 920-832-6749 or through the mail. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express along with personal checks (payable to Lawrence University) and cash. Payment is required when the order is placed. We cannot hold tickets without payment. All ticket sales are final - there are no refunds or exchanges.

Series Ticket Ordering
Subscribe to a series today to make sure you have great seats at the best possible price for these amazing performances. Enjoy all four Artist Series performances and save up to $10 off the single-event purchase price. Select the Jazz Series and save up to $10 or choose four events from among all performances for a personalized favorite 4 series.

Purchasing Tickets the Night of an Event
Tickets, if available, are sold at the Box Office one hour before each performance. The Box Office is located in the Music-Drama Center next to Stansbury Theatre.

Will Call Tickets
Will call tickets are available for pickup in the lobby of Lawrence Memorial Chapel beginning one hour before show time. Will call tickets must be paid for at the time your order is placed. We cannot hold tickets without payment.

Ticket policies:

The box office accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and checks made out to Lawrence University. We welcome children old enough to enjoy our performances. All guests, regardless of age, require a paid ticket for ticketed events.

Discounts:
Discounts are available for Lawrence students, faculty, staff and emeriti faculty. Please inform the Box Office when placing your order that you are part of the Lawrence community. Senior Citizen tickets are available for those aged 62 and over (one per person.) Discounts for children/ students are available for kids under 18

Accessible Seating
Special seating is available for patrons in wheelchairs. Please inform the Box Office when purchasing your tickets. A wheelchair ramp is located on the east side of the Lawrence Memorial Chapel along with several handicapped parking spaces. Assistive devices cannot be placed in the aisles. All wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc., must be stored out of the aisles. For assistance, please see an usher.

Hearing impaired devices
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are available for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing for events the Lawrence Memorial Chapel. You will be required to leave a driver's license or credit card and, upon return of the device in the same condition, your collateral will be returned. There is no charge for this service. Please call 920-832-6749 or see an usher for assistance.

Patron Information

The Lawrence University performance spaces are a smoke-free. No food or drink is allowed in the seating areas. Due to contractual agreements with the performers, the taking of pictures and use of recording equipment are strictly prohibited.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located at east end of the Main Lobby. A fully accessible restroom is located adjacent to the Atrium Lobby.

Lost and Found
Articles left in the Chapel, Cloak, and Stansbury theaters may be located by calling 920-832-6612 the first weekday following the performance.

Please remember to turn off all cellular phones, pagers, and electronic watch alarms before entering the theatre.

Late Arrivals
Out of courtesy to the performers and other audience members, patrons arriving after the performance has started will be seated at the discretion of ushers.

Recording Equipment and Cameras
Cameras and recording devices of any type are strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to removal.

Children
We welcome children old enough to enjoy our performances. All guests, regardless of age, require a paid ticket.
