Print and complete this registration form (PDF — Get the free Acrobat Reader) or a facsimile and return it with your non-refundable $100 deposit payable to Lawrence University by May 14, 2004. Late registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis. Deposits will be applied toward tuition, which is payable in full by the first day of classes.

Because the number of participants in each section is limited, registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. If your section is full when your registration fee is received, your fee will be returned. A waiting list for each course is maintained. Courses may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.

Program Costs
Tuition and fees per course are as follows:
$475 for 4 units of graduate credit (equivalent to 2 semester hours)
$575 for 5 units of graduate credit (equivalent to 3 semester hours)
$20 Matriculation fee for new students to Lawrence University
Fees include course materials, lab supplies, course credits, Sunday dinner, and five lunches for commuters and boarders. Textbooks are the financial responsibility of each student.
Room and board per week
$175 for a double-occupancy air-conditioned room*
$195 for a single-occupancy air-conditioned room*
*This includes breakfast and dinner each day of the Institute.
