    Lee Rabas is in his fourth season as an assistant with the Lawrence University Men's Basketball program and brings a wealth of experience.  Rabas was the head coach at Appleton Xavier High School for seven seasons and put together a record of 103-56.  His teams won a pair of conference titles, and he was named the Post-Crescent All-Area Coach of the Year in 1998.  He guided Xavier to a runner-up finish at the 1998 WISAA State tournament.  Rabas, who serves on the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association executive board, was an assistant at the prep and collegiate levels for seven years prior to coaching at Appleton Xavier.

    A 1989 graduate of Kewaunee High School, Rabas was a three sport standout in basketball, football, and baseball.  He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.  Rabas is currently a physical education teacher at Clayton Elementary in Neenah.  He and his wife, Dawn, have two children; Chancellor and Avery, and live in Appleton.
