Vikings take sixth, women eighth in all-sport standings 
The Lawrence men's sports teams finished sixth in the 2007-08 Midwest Conference All-Sport standings, and the Lawrence women were eighth. The men's teams were led by basketball, which won its fourth Midwest Conference championship in five seasons. Salm, Schmidt chosen for All-MWC baseball team
Lawrence baseball standouts Tim Salm (pictured, top) and Tommy Schmidt (pictured, bottom) have been chosen for the All-Midwest Conference team.
