Vikings take sixth, women eighth in all-sport standings 
The Lawrence men's sports teams finished sixth in the 2007-08 Midwest Conference All-Sport standings, and the Lawrence women were eighth. The men's teams were led by basketball, which won its fourth Midwest Conference championship in five seasons. Lawrence baseball standouts Tim Salm (pictured, top) and Tommy Schmidt (pictured, bottom) have been chosen for the All-Midwest Conference team.
