THE COLLEGE AVENUE BRIDGE IS CLOSED UNTIL NOVEMBER 2009!!! PLEASE FOLLOW THESE ALTERNATE DIRECTIONS TO THE BANTA BOWL, ALEXANDER GYMNASIUM, AND WHITING FIELD.

If traveling down College Avenue from the west: Follow College Avenue through the downtown and into the Lawrence University campus. Turn right on Lawe Street. Follow Lawe Street across the Fox River and when you reach the top of the Lawe Street hill, turn left onto East South River Street. Alexander Gymnasium and Whiting Field are located approximately one-quarter mile ahead on your left. To reach the Banta Bowl, continue past Alexander Gymnasium and turn left onto John Street. The stadium is located to your left.

If traveling from the north or east: Take Highway 41 and exit at Highway 441. Follow Highway 441 approximately three miles and exit at College Avenue. Go east on College and turn left on John Street. The Banta Bowl will be to your immediate right. To reach Whiting Field or Alexander Gymasium, continue on John Street for one block and turn right on East South River Street. Alexander Gymnasium and Whiting Field are one block up on your right.

Please be aware that parking is limited in the Banta Bowl lot. Please park on the surface streets around the Banta Bowl, and you may use the Mead Pool parking lot as well.
