Birthplace of Rock and Roll and Home of the Blues, Memphis offers something for everybody! Known as the Bluff City or River City, while in the middle of a downtown renaissance, Memphis has quite a few neighborhoods of note as well as a thriving suburban life.

Downtown is slowly but surely getting more populated, but most activity is during the week and in the evenings. Mid-town is where it is hip and happening. The main suburbs are Germantown (the closest) and Bartlett. Please also see www.memphisguide.com for neighborhood information.
