Attending Reunion 2018
On behalf of the entire Lawrence University community, welcome to Reunion 2018! We are delighted to have you and over 1000 other guests back on campus for what we know will be wonderful weekend.
Please note that there is ongoing construction on Northbound Hwy 41 and Hwy 441. There will be full highway closures on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights starting between 9-10 p.m. Additional on and off ramps will be closed.
The Appleton Farmer's Market will be occupying College Ave. on Saturday, June 16, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Traffic will be rerouted.
Check-In at Reunion Headquarters
All guests are asked to check in at Reunion Headquarters upon arrival starting at 8 a.m. Thursday, June 14.
Reunion Headquarters is located on the main level (level three) of the Warch Campus Center.
If you are attending the Athletics Golf Outing, you may check in at the golf course Thursday morning. If you need transportation to the golf course, please visit the registration helpdesk Thursday morning between 8- 9:30 a.m. Stop by the registration help desk after golfing to get your nametag before attending any other Reunion events on campus.

Preregistered guests will receive a listing of their selected programs, meals and housing upon check-in.
Walk-in guests are required to register at Reunion Headquarters. While we make every attempt to accommodate walk-ins, meals, housing and programs are subject to space limitations.
General campus housing will be available after 8 a.m. on Thursday, June 14. All guests staying on campus are asked to check-out prior to 11 a.m. on Sunday, June 18. Final room assignments will be shared upon check-in at Reunion Headquarters.
Housing for 50-Year Connection or Athletics Golf Outing attendees only is available after 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 13. Guests should check in directly at their residence hall on Wednesday, June 13.
All rooms are furnished with towels, sheets, pillows and blankets - one set per bed. All beds are single/twin XL size. Limited hangers are available. Please bring your own toiletries. Irons are available for checkout in each residence hall. If you are assigned to a residence hall without air conditioning, Sage or Plantz Hall, you are also encouraged to bring a fan.
If you are staying on campus and arrive after Reunion Headquarters is closed, please check in at your assigned residence hall. You will need to stop by the registration desk the next day to check in prior to any programming you attend.
You should have received your residence hall assignment in an email on Saturday, June 9. If you are unsure what hall you are assigned to please call the alumni office at 920-832-7019.

- How do I know who's coming from my class?
Check out the current Who's Coming list! You will also have access to a printed list at your social headquarters.
- Where should I park?
Parking will be available in most Lawrence University lots throughout Reunion weekend. Check out the parking map.
- What should I wear?
While there is no dress code for Reunion, we strongly encourage you to wear blue and white or your class colors to show your alma mater pride! Summer in Wisconsin can mean various weather; please plan accordingly.
- Is there a lost and found?
Lost and Found is located at Reunion Headquarters on level three of the Warch Campus Center. If you find you've misplaced something after Reunion, please call the Office of Alumni and Constituency Engagement at 920-832-7019.
- What payment is accepted?
Bars at meals and receptions are CASH ONLY and will not accept credit cards. There is an ATM located by the front doors on level three of the Warch Campus Center. Additional programming (limited to availability) can be added at Reunion Headquarters via credit card, cash or check.
- How do I get to campus from the airport?
For taxi service call Fox Valley Cab at 920-734-4545. Uber and Lyft services are also available in Apppleton.
- What is the Smoking Policy?
Lawrence strives to maintain a clean-air environment for the comfort of all persons. All university owned, leased or operated buildings are designated smoke-free. In addition, a smoke-free zone of 25 feet around the perimeter of buildings will be maintained. All university vehicles will be smoke-free as well. Please note that the academic buildings fall within this area as does Hurvis Crossing and the area in front of the Warch Campus Center.

- Will there be apparel for sale?
The Lawrence Apparel and Gifts store on the third level of the Warch Campus Center will be open every day during Reunion and is offering 15% off to all alumni during Reunion weekend. If an item has "Alumni" on it, it's 30% off! For open hours please see the Reunion program.
