Jack Nilles, '54, and wife Laila were suprised and delighted to discover Marion White Lardner, '53, and her husband Peter on board the good ship Sea Lion while cruising the Inside Passage of Southeast Alaska in early June 2006. The four had a pleasant and exciting time viewing whales, sea lions, otters, a wolf, many brown bears, myriad sea birds, and megatons of glaciers on the trip.
