Financial Aid Awarded to Incoming Freshmen in 2006

Need-based financial aid awards are determined using the parents' and student's income and assets, the age of the older parent, the number of family members, and the number of dependents enrolled as undergraduates at the same time. This chart displays only the parent adjusted gross income. Other variables, especially the student's assets and the number of dependents in college, are the primary cause of variation in the range of aid awards. Therefore, pay particular attention to the award range.

These figures are based on a total budget of $37,860, not including a transportation allowance.
