What was the final factor that made you say "yes" to LU's offer of admission?: The visit sealed the deal and meeting some of the admissions staff. The visit allowed me to see how I fit in on campus, and it felt right.
Who is your favorite professor (and their department) at LU? Why?: My favorite professor is Professor Fares of the Spanish Department. I have had some long talks with him about things in Spanish to my life outside of this school. He is well versed and connected to the Appleton community.
What is the best course (and its department) that you have taken? Why?: Best course I ever took was Spanish civilization and culture in the Spanish Department with Professor Fares. I loved learning about Latin American history and also Google Earth was amazing.
What one thing would you say is “The Lawrence Difference”?: Main Hall green spring term.
What is an interesting/helpful fact you learned about LU after you came here?: The most helpful fact I learned was that it is always important to manage your time and to create time for you to experience college. Going to school is about learning things for your future career but at the same time you want to try to be involved in the campus and with the students around you.
What is your favorite part about being a Lawrentian?: The fact that we live in a bubble.
Which is your favorite resident hall? Why?: Hiett, everything you need is within the building.
What is your fondest memory of your roommate from freshman year?: The random dance parties and just bonding over random things.
What is your favorite study spot on campus?: 3rd floor library all the way in the corner.
What is your favorite thing to do in Appleton?: Late night trips to Culvers!
If you were a fruit, which would you be? Why?: I am like a Jackfruit (look it up)
If you could only eat one type of candy bar for the rest of your life, which would you choose?: Snickers because it contains everything I love in a candy bar. Peanuts, Nuggot, Caramel and Chocolate.
What was your favorite theme party thrown this year at LU, and what did you dress as?: Togas and Techno. A reason to dress up in your bedsheets...
