Visiting Artists
Each year, international artists visit Lawrence, providing students with numerous opportunities not only to hear some of the greatest musicians, but also to work with them. Visiting artists present master classes and perform with many of the ensembles; they give lectures and symposia; they've even been known to attend pizza parties. Lawrence students, therefore, learn not just from the musical performances but from the musicians as well. They experience the many facets of being a truly great musician.
