Teaching Development

The committee's purpose is "To serve as the primary agency of the Faculty in devising, integrating, and coordinating policies and programs that support teaching development throughout the curriculum for faculty at all career stages."

Committee Charge

Members: Five members of the faculty including the Director of Freshman Studies, a representative of the Conservatory, and a librarian; the Associate Dean of the Faculty; the Coordinator of the Center for Teaching and Learning; and the Director of Instructional Technology. Faculty members serve staggered two-year terms, and a teaching faculty member will chair the committee.
